Violet Harrah: A Passionate Leader and Artist

This month's standout student, Violet Harrah, is a shining example of determination and leadership at Schimelpfenig Middle School. Driven by a personal commitment to excellence, they believe in making the most of life. Her schedule includes playing volleyball at PSA 1, dancing with Chamberlain Ballet, and participating in theater productions around Plano ISD. As a National Junior Honor Society member and current Student Council Vice President, her dedication is evident.

A memorable achievement for Violet was being elected President of the Schimelpfenig Student Council for next year. She successfully advocated for theater electives for sixth graders at a PISD board meeting.

Beyond academics, she contributes to the school community through volunteer work and collaboration with the Student Council. Overcoming challenges like finding trustworthy friends, she now has a supportive circle that drives her to excel. Violet's advice to peers: work hard, know your potential, and never lower your expectations. Violet's journey is an inspiring testament to determination and community spirit.

Violet's biggest influence is her mother, a business owner who exemplifies hard work and resilience. Inspired by her, they aim to attend Booker T. Washington High School, secure college scholarships, and achieve financial independence through real estate and passive income.
