Wanderlust in a Glass

A Moscow Mule Recipe with a Twist of Hibiscus

The Moscow mule is a classic summer cocktail (or anytime cocktail) simply made with vodka, ginger beer and lime juice, garnished with a slice of lime and sprig of mint. It is traditionally served in a copper mug—for looks and to keep the contents of the liquid cold—taking on the lovely combination of refreshing + zesty + spicy + sweet—a perfect drink for the hot and sticky month of July.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2oz Titos (or vodka of choice)
  • Fresh squeeze juice from half a lime
  • 5oz Hibiscus Ginger Beer (From QMixers)

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine vodka and ginger beer in a copper mug (or highball glass) filled with ice. Add lime juice. Stir gently and garnish with a lime slice.
