Craig Eddins’ Nevada roots run deep. His father was stationed in the United States Air Force at Nellis Air Force Base when he met Craig’s mother in 1958. At the time, Craig’s father was a pilot on the Thunderbirds. Eddins attended Bishop Gorman High School and the University of Nevada, Reno. He then found himself traveling the world working in real estate development on projects in countries as far away as Antigua, Barbados, and the Bahamas. His latest venture has brought Eddins full circle back to Southern Nevada working on what he calls one of the most magnificent communities in the Silver State.

Some of the most expensive real estate in the Las Vegas Valley will be right here in Henderson,” says Eddins, Executive Vice President of Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas, which is made up of a trio of developers including Azure Resorts & Hotels, Luxus Developments, and Two Roads Development. The three entities have joined forces with Four Seasons to introduce an unparalleled residential offering in the heart of MacDonald Highlands. Nestled in a private 12-acre oasis, this exclusive high-rise development is just minutes away from world-class entertainment, exquisite dining, and upscale shopping.

Nevada is in a Renaissance period as the sports and entertainment capital of the world. With Formula One, the A’s, the Sphere, all those pieces of the puzzle are putting Las Vegas on a grander scale,” says Eddins.

The two-tower project will consist of 171 luxury high-rise residences that boast breathtaking views of the Strip. These residences will showcase a cosmopolitan desert design, complemented by resort-inspired amenities. With fully serviced luxury living, this development sets the standard in branded residential offerings, guided by a recognized leader in the industry.

The contemporary residences range from 2,279 to 8,349 square feet of interior space, complemented by expansive exterior spaces ranging from 627 to 3,555 square feet. They are designed to seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living, offering thoughtfully designed features and touchpoints. Residents will enjoy outdoor dining and grill areas, the convenience of semi-private elevators, private garages, and fully furnished interiors that boast epicurean kitchens and spa-inspired bathrooms. The sweeping cinematic views of the Spring Mountain Range and the Las Vegas Strip will take your breath away.

“Everyone wants to live on the ocean, but when the sun goes down it’s a dark abyss. When our sun goes down, our ocean comes alive,” explains Eddins. “You get to see the string of pearls lined up as the airplanes land. You can turn the television off, sit on your balcony and watch the world go by.”

Under the guidance of a Director of Residences and a dedicated Four Seasons team, residents will indulge in a service-rich environment that includes a 24-hour concierge that offers a range of a la carte options, including pet and car services, catering to the specific needs and preferences of each resident. Additionally, residents will have access to premier amenities such as signature dining experiences, private chef services, in-residence wine cellars, and the option to rent a private wine room in the north tower. The development also features multi-level resort-style pools, as well as a library located in the foyer of each building. Additionally, a screening room is available for residents' entertainment and leisure. Homeowners will also have the privilege of experiencing one of the most expansive wellness facilities offered by the Four Seasons brand, spanning over 6,000 square feet. This state-of-the-art fitness facility is thoughtfully designed by renowned fitness expert Harley Pasternak and is equipped with a dedicated yoga and Pilates room. The extensive spa amenities include a sauna, steam room, whirlpool, lap pool, multiple private treatment rooms, and personal training offerings.

Homeowners will have the exclusive opportunity to join the community’s members-only Dragon Ridge Country Club. In addition to scenic walking and biking trails throughout the community, the club offers private access to exceptional golf, swim, and tennis facilities. Residences start at $3.5 million and so far, almost half of them are sold.

Eddins is certainly basking in the glow of this project and is proud to be back in such a special place he called home for so many years. It’s definitely a pinnacle for me. Not many master-planned communities are nestled on the side of a mountain, 500 feet above the airport. It’s close enough to enjoy everything Las Vegas has to offer but far enough away to escape. This project wouldn’t have happened without the relationship Rich MacDonald has with the City of Henderson. We are lucky to have such an extraordinary development in our backyard, and a gem that Henderson will be proud of for decades to come.”
